Use of Materials

This site is owned and operated by db photo&film (referred to as “dbphoto&film,” “dbphotoandfilm,” “db photoandfilm,” “The Company,” “I”,“we”, “us”, or “our” herein). No material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, excepting a single download of one copy of the materials onto any single computer for non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are observed and remain intact. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of db photo&film’s copyright and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. Except when otherwise indicated on this site and excluding the trademarks, designs, service marks and trade names of other companies that may be displayed on this site, all trademarks, designs, service marks and trade names are the sole property of db photo&film and its affiliated companies. Please note image theft is considered a serious offense. Any image used without permission will be charged 10 times the value of the image placement and any legal costs to obtain those fees.

You (and not db photo&film) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Other

All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or usage of this site and any and all other db photo&film site(s), shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of British Columbia.

db photo&film also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site. db photo&film may use anything you transmit or post for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting.
